Mayors and Ambassadors Scoring the sustainable Development Goals. It’s a first in history!
The Forum of Mayors 2022 will feature a soccer match bringing together mayors and diplomats on one court. City leaders and Geneva-based ambassadors will team-up and get the ball rolling for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)! Match day is 4 April, lunch time, at the Palais des Nations (Geneva, Switzerland) – the grass field normally reserved for peacocks will turn into a playing field for sporty policymakers and tactical diplomats.
Make sure you don’t miss the most exciting match of the year - where local leaders and diplomats roll up their sleeves and show real action for the global goals.
All necessary measures will be taken to ensure the safety and health of players and spectators.

Delegates enter the Palais through the Pregny Gate (Portail Pregny - see map) entrance, which faces the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) headquarters on the Route de Pregny. In order to obtain your identity badge from the Security Services, you will be< asked to present a valid passport or a national identity card. Your badge is strictly for your own personal use. Please note that delays here are common and lengthy and delegates are unfortunately required to wait in the open air.
